I am a self taught makeup artist, doing weddings since age 17. I use all high end makeup brands on my brides and their bridal parties, including MAC, Too faced,Benefit and Ardell to mention just a few. In 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 I was voted one of the top makeup artist in San Jose, CA by Expertise.com. The past couple of years I was given the opportunity to do hair and makeup for multiple photo shoots with the bridal company Azazie.
I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist for 17 years and I love to do onsite special occasion hair and hair color at my salon in Morgan hill. I’ve been blessed enough to accommodate 35+ bridal parties each year in my career.
In 2011 I was lucky enough to study under Michael O’Rourke, creator of the brand Big Sexy Hair. It changed my whole outlook on the world of hair and made me a better stylist and the business-woman I am today. I also received my hair extension training from the owner of Babe Brand Hair Extensions in Vegas in 2012. Being hand selected out of all the stylists using Babe Brand was a HUGE honor and definitely a highlight in my career. In 2019 I took extended balayage training from a Los Angeles 901 salon hair artist. It is extremely important to me to continue to take hair and makeup classes to stay current and extend my knowledge!
I LOVE hair and makeup, I love what I do. When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me on stage; I’ve been singing for almost 20 years and I love to sing! Or you can find me working out at Orange Theory, spending time with friends, family and my husband, Patrick and our daughters, Ireland James and Golden Summer. I love country concerts, Hawaii, Disneyland, wine tasting and you can always find me with a Starbucks iced coffee in my hand.
